SBDS is a Building and Design network developed as a one stop shop for building & design requirements. This enables a client to have all aspects of their building or design project managed without having to deal with the many consultants required to undertake a building project.
SBDS has an ongoing relationship with consultants that we have been associated with, and have worked with over the past years, we recommend them simply because we know the level of their servicing, cost and success with past projects, hence minimising your risk. Our consultant network enables us to recommend a consultant based on personal experiences, with the knowledge to enable us to recommend the right consultant for your project.
SBDS will manage all of the consultants required for your project for a lump sum price and will commission all resources for a lump sum. This enables our clients to know the actual costs required to fulfil the brief.
